Shipping Policy

  • Diamonora Jewelry offers free shipping to its customers across India. We also offer International Shipping to its customers. Contact us for more information.
  • Diamonora Jewelry orders are all customised and order based as per customers requirement, hence the time from order to delivery time 14-15 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
  • Diamonora Jewelry provides free delivery on all items within India. Shipping time is 24-48 hours in metro cities for "Available in Stock Items"
  • All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
  • We will inform our customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
  • At Diamonora Jewelry we understand that jewellery is gifted on a special occasion or as a surprise. Please let us know in advance to maintain your surprise.
  • For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of the person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
  • All the Jewellery will be insured during the transit.
  • In an uneventfully rare occasion if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to Diamonora Jewelry immediately.
  • We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.
  • Diamonora Jewelry charges a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product or the actual shipping cost charged by the logistics partner whichever is lower for any product returned.
